We typically dispatch within 3 to 5 working days. Every CLIMOTI is generated individually and produced to a high standard — good things take a little time. If anything unexpected causes a delay, we'll be in touch. You'll always be kept in the loop.

Your CLIMOTI should arrive in perfect condition. We pack every order with care, using sturdy materials that are as resource-friendly as possible. Your artwork will reach you safely, exactly as it left us.

Address and Delivery

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout and on your order confirmation. If you spot a mistake afterwards, let us know as quickly as possible — as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we're happy to update it. If a parcel can't be delivered for any reason, we'll work with you to find a solution.
