Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us (Christopher C. Mickelthwate, Robert-Bosch-Straße 11A, 63128 Dietzenbach, Germany; email: hello@climoti.de of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear written statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, lowest-cost option we offer). Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Important Notice Regarding Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation

Under § 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

As CLIMOTI products are manufactured specifically for you on the basis of your individual inputs — location, date and the resulting historical weather data — and are produced on a print-on-demand basis, the right of cancellation does not apply to these personalised products.
